Every commercial relocation by Imperial Moving And Storage includes an agreed upon binding price well in advance in order to avoid extra charges on the day of the move.

It is of utmost importance for us to maintain a fair price for our customers even though the relocation itself can take more than one day. The binding estimate is based on a number of factors:

  number of estimated labor hours.

  materials that will be needed

  hours needed for disassembly and assembly of cubical and furniture

  number of men needed to accomplish the relocation efficiently

A professional estimator will arrive at the office, and review exactly what is needed to be done to accomplish the relocation in the most efficient manner with as little down time as possible. We try to complete the job during after hours or on the weekend, so that the company will not have any down time. Our crew members work seven days a week, at all hours, with the goal of servicing you with your convenience in mind.

We will provide any materials necessary and can disassemble all types of furniture and cubicles. If need be, we bring in our company carpenters who can disassemble and reassemble the most complex pieces of furniture, and this of course will be included in the binding price.
